Garage Doors - where do we get them? Empty Garage Doors - where do we get them?

Where do we find these garage doors? Is there a process?

In my opinion, the garage doors are the most unsightly part of the complex. It's all at eye level and many are unpainted, have broken windows, irregular shades of glass, dented.

What do we do about this if the door needs to be repainted or replaced?
